Ryan Maarschalk

Having worked as CFO for multiple companies, been through

exits and mergers, and funded over $85M through the companies

he has worked directly with, Ryan is a seasoned CFO and

business leader. Having founded some companies himself,

Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered

Business Valuation candidate (CBV c) and holds a Bachelor of

Science in Biomedical Science. Acting in the role of Chief

Financial Officer, Ryan has been involved in several biotech

companies, and cumulatively has helped raise US$30M in the

industry.
