With over 40 years of experience in management and finance, Mr. Peterson brings a depth of knowledge and experience in corporate governance and management oversight. He is the Chairman and Executive Officer of Veracite Trust Company and has served on many private and public companies as a Director or Senior Officer. Mr. Peterson was a founder of Innovate Laboratories and is a former director of several biotechnology companies.

Dr. Alana Berg, ND is an author, speaker, mother, and Naturopathic Physician, She has been practicing full time as a Naturopathic Doctor since graduating in 2005 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is certified by her College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC in chelation, acupuncture, IV therapy, pharmacology, and ozone. She is the owner of a successful naturopathic practice in Kelowna, BC called Axiom Health. Her passion for education also inspired her to write a book, called The Courageous Cure, to share her health story and to empower others to overcome their own health

Having worked as CFO for multiple companies, been through exits and mergers, and funded over $85M through the companies he has worked directly with, Ryan is a seasoned CFO and business leader. Having founded some companies himself, Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Business Valuation candidate (CBV c) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. Acting in the role of Chief Financial Officer, Ryan has been involved in several biotech companies, and cumulatively has helped raise US$30M in the industry.
